Experience the beauty to be found with Vinyasa Yoga for Power & Grace. This style involves transitioning from one pose to the next by synchronising the movement with the breath. The breath is the barometer used to assess one’s stress level. By maintaining control of the breath, especially during physical exertion, you will improve your ability to cope with stress in your daily life. Over time and with steady practice of Vinyasa Yoga, you will begin to build strength, flexibility and stamina. This class will appeal to students of all levels, who are in relatively good health. Modifications will be given to make the class accessible to beginners, and more challenging options will be suggested for more advanced practitioners.
