To keep vinyasa classes flowing, I cannot always say all the things I want to say about a pose in class. So I have created these tutorials to offer you more guidance on some specific topics that may be relevant to your learning. The more we educate ourselves, the safer and easier the practice will become. Please take a few moments to view them and try out the techniques offered in the tutorial.
